Well this is a rather cheap knife but I need the practice and it doesn’t hurt to make a new sheath for this el cheapo knife I bought 2008 in Prince Rupert.
This knife is far too big for one to carry along and I never liked it hanging down the leg while riding. I wanted the knife to be in the back and rather horizontal on my belt. Back then I thought: “If I’d only knew how this is being done…” Well now I know it and of course it couldn’t be just a plain sheath. So I grabbed a picture from Pinterest and traced onto a piece of leather.
What you see was done with a swivel knife, a beveler, a backgrounder and a bone folder.
